About me: I’m a writer, editor, and consultant based in Philadelphia with more than 15 years of experience who loves asking and answering difficult questions.
I currently serve as the VP of Content for Everway, an education technology company that creates products that remove barriers to understanding, helps people express their ideas and ensures everyone can be understood and be understood.
I oversee content for our flagship products, Unique Learning Systems and News2You, which serve students with cognitive disabilities in K-12 classrooms and beyond.
Previously, I served as Business Insider's Singapore Bureau Chief and launched Insider's presence in Southeast Asia. While at BI, I also oversaw the company’s digital culture and entertainment teams and served as executive editor of the company’s news division.
Before joining Insider in 2018, I wrote and edited for BuzzFeed and New York Magazine, among others. At BuzzFeed, I launched As/Is, the site’s beauty and style verticals, both of which garnered millions of pageviews each month. I was also a part of a core group of editors who developed editorial and diversity standards, and organizational occupational leveling.
I’ve helped dozens of brands, including Levi’s, Oceana, and AIGA, build out and execute on brand-forward editorial strategy.
